Halfway through the season and looking forward to a very busy week, as the UK and Dutch schools are on holiday. We have been fully booked for more than a year, and it is a shame to disappoint so many people. Helmets required in Winter 2010/2011 Due to a change in law in the province of Salzburg helmets for skiers and snowboarders up to 15 years are obligatory from now.

BONUS INFORMATION

Remember that from the 19th March ALL children ( Born 1995 and later ) receive a free ski pass - when 1 adult buys a pass for 3 days or more. Children born 2005 or later alr free at all times. Every Saturday children and youth born 1992 to 2004 pay only €10 for a whole day ski pass.

Ski & Bike World Championship 2011
In Leogang for the first time the two sports ski & bike will be combined when from 14th – 17th April 2011 the 1st Ski & Bike World Championships will be held with a giant slalom and a cross-country race! Experience this sporting highlight, test out the pistes, routes and materials, enjoy the last days of winter and welcome spring with us!

SUMMER INFO

Flights are now on sale for the forthcoming summer and there are some good bargains. We re-open for summer on the 5th June, and Leogang will once again come alive hosting the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup between the 10th and 12th June. Last year we had the pleasure of hosting in our apartments many of the competitors, including the winner of the Mens Downhill, from South Africa Greg Minnaar along with all his team mates from Santa Cruz Team, including World Champion Steve Peat and fellow rider Danny Hart. Ladies staying with us were also in winning shape - World Champion - Emmeline Ragot from France achieved second place in the Ladies Downhill, and British rider Fionn Griffiths also gave a very good performance. However you do not have to be a world class rider to enjoy the fantastic opportunities Leogang in summertime can offer you.
